a. What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
For our two side good beginning, customers decide.
b. How to know the quality?
Before we do mass production, samples which meet your requirements will be sent you for comfirming.
c. When will the sample be sent for testing?
Sample will be sent you within 3-5 days after all details confirmed.
d. What can i do if sample can not meet your requirement?
Please get back to us the problems with photos which samples have, so that we can do improvement.
e. What's the delivery time for quantity production?
Quantity production will be finished within 40-50 working days, because it needs 15-35 days to create toolings.
f. What's Finehope normal packing?
Normal export packing – plastic PE bag inside, 5 layers corrugated paper outside. (As per customers required.)
